Longstanton Environmental & Groundwater Group (LEGG) takes your privacy seriously and processes personal data in accordance with the following policy.

Use & Storage of Contact Information
LEGG collects limited personal data (your name and your email address) via our newsletter sign-up form, solely for the purpose of supplying you via email with our newsletter and other occasional relevant updates.

Your data is collected because you have asked to receive email news and updates from us. It will never be shared with a third party, but it will be stored on the secure server of a third party (Mailchimp, our mailing list service provider). If you provided your contact information to us in person, on paper, this will be stored securely under lock and key. We will only store your information for as long as you are a subscriber to our newsletters.

You may Unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time, by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any email you receive from us. Your data will be removed from the secure server where it is stored, and if it exists on paper, the paper will be destroyed. You may additionally ask for your information to be removed at any time, by contacting LEGG via email at admin@legginfo.co.uk or by post at 23a Thatchers Wood, Longstanton, CB24 3BX.

Other data collected on this website
Web server logs and security: When you visit this website, information about your device, operating system and browser, and your IP address are automatically saved in log files. These serve a number of purposes, including helping to keep the website secure and helping to diagnose any problems that might arise.
